ICF Arizona proudly participates in ICF Global’s Ignite program, a pro bono initiative aimed at accelerating and amplifying positive impact on humanity and the planet through coaching. Our Ignite program is open to nonprofit, public, and other social impact organizations across Arizona. We are committed to partnering with organizations whose missions and programs align with the UN Global Goals of Gender Equality, Climate Action, Peacemaking Justice, and Strong Institutions, as outlined by the International Coaching Federation. Since 2021, ICF Arizona credentialed coaches have generously donated over 400 hours of pro bono coaching services to more than 70 nonprofit leaders in Arizona, serving over 25 local nonprofit organizations. Registration for Ignite 2025 is now open for coaching engagements scheduled from September to December 2025. Note that participating coaches must hold an active ICF global credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
