Biography

I first became an engineer since I flunked English. Being one out of three female engineers at the plant, I learned the importance of being myself rather than trying to fit in. It helped me during my career shifts to different industries, leadership roles, and Fortune 500 organizations. I discovered that despite their differences, people really want the same thing at work - to grow, get fairly compensated, and feel appreciated.

I wanted to be part of closing this gap. So I found my true vocation as a leadership and career coach.
