As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF certified Team Coach (ACTC), Dennece engages leaders and their teams in illuminating conversations, prompting creative, inclusive solutions in the VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) environment businesses are facing today. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience including general, operations, and program management. She has successfully led people and organizations through start-up, turnaround, and growth modes.
Dennece has been coaching leaders and their teams within multinational organizations for over 15 years using a proprietary team coaching process, Team Advantage, developed by the Pyramid Resource Group. Dennece partners with leaders to refine their authentic style. Her practice focuses on leadership, teams, strategy and organizational engagement. Dennece uses the latest management tools, customized, to meet the needs of the leader, while helping them accomplish transformational change to adopt a new culture of accountability, communication and collaboration.
Dennece received her coach training from Adler International School of Professional Coaching to enhance her ability to help leaders create sustainable outcomes. She also holds an Executive MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
