I’m a career and leadership coach with 10+ years of experience working inside nonprofit organizations, focused on organizational development, human resources, and leadership development. I’ve spent my career helping people navigate complex workplace systems - especially environments where mission-driven work often comes with burnout, under-recognition, and unrealistic expectations.
Across multiple nonprofits, I’ve partnered with leaders, managers, and teams to improve employee experience, strengthen leadership practices, and reduce burnout and turnover. My work has lived at the intersection of people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and professional development - and I’ve seen firsthand how talented professionals get stuck when systems reward silence instead of clarity.
Today, I coach professionals who are navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, and workplace dynamics that no longer work for them. My clients are often high-performing, thoughtful people who are tired of being overlooked, underestimated, or unsure how to advocate for themselves without risking their credibility. As a coach, I help them gain clarity, build confidence, and take practical action - without pretending workplace politics don’t exist.
My coaching approach is evidence-based, direct, and deeply human. I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, am ACC-certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and training in Evidence-Based Coaching. I bring systems-thinking, behavioral science, and real-world leadership experience into every coaching relationship.
Community is a core value in both my personal and professional work. I have served on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts Arizona Cactus-Pine Council, the Advisory Board for Grand Canyon University’s Honors College, and as an adjunct professor for University of Dubuque’s LIFE Tempe, supporting working adults completing their post-secondary degree. I am an active volunteer of the ICF Southwest Chapter.
At the heart of my work is helping people stop shrinking to fit broken workplace systems - and start building careers and leadership paths that actually align with who they are and where they want to go.
