Coaching Style
Leaning into 30 years in corporate & business organization, as well as my own personal grace and internal strength through intense hardship creates the basis of my insight. My orientation and structure is research based, and one that I have studied and am competent in. I have a deep passion for getting the best out of people, influencing people towards a common mission and MOVING GROWTH forward. I see the need for meaningful connection in relationships and the power of being vulnerable and exposed with others. I want to bring that experience to as many people and organizations as possible, to achieve their highest potential. The goal of my coaching style is simply to anchor people to their own internal strengths and wholeness by applying transformational experiences, education and knowledge, and intense curiosity and reflection to fully understand needs and provide continues learning feedback. I embrace total health and wellness in the mind, body and soul, including healthy physical and emotional fitness.

She gets that the space behind what a client is discussing is where the real work takes place. Kristen is passionate about helping others grow and develop. She asks thoughtful questions in a safe experience that cause her clients to process and consider new outlooks and behaviors. She is professionally qualified in her education and credentials; she is effective in both professional consulting engagements and personal coaching work.”
“I just want to thank you again. Working with you means a lot to me; feels like a big weight off my shoulders. I really don’t open up to people, especially when I just meet them. It’s so nice to be able to talk to somebody and tell them my challenges without any judgment. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me. Thank you for being here for me, and thank you for the work that you do you to make a difference in this world.”
