Biography
Diane Brennan is an executive and systemic team coach and organizational development consultant with more than 30 years of experience partnering with C-suite leaders and teams in healthcare, higher education, and engineering and science-based organizations. As founder of Brennan Associates, LLC, she helps leaders and teams move from individual performance to collective impact through systemic, co-creative coaching and organizational strategy.
Diane holds the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and EMCC Senior Practitioner designations and served as ICF President in 2008. She is the co-author of three books on coaching and leadership, and holds a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, an MBA, and a SHRM-SCP certification.
