Biography
For nearly three decades, Rose Snyder held leadership positions within the U.S. Olympic Movement at USA Swimming, U.S. Figure Skating and the U.S. Olympic Committee, where she served as Associate Director of Coaching.
Today, she approaches coaching on a more personal level to help leaders and entrepreneurs improve their productivity and performance as well as live a balanced, enriching life. Rose received her training with the Institute for Integrative Coach Training (IICT) and earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through ICF. Rose enjoys helping people align and integrate their values, priorities and passion to lead authentic and fulfilling lives. As a successful high level swimming coach, she understands the importance of the mental game. She is working on her PQ Credential through Positive Intelligence.
Rose also does consulting--she is a leading governance expert for national and regional organizations throughout the U.S. Her knowledge and experience in the Olympic sports world and strong people skills help bring timely solutions to her clients. Rose has a gift of bringing the best out of teams, staff and boards to fulfill their mission.
Rose also serves our local nonprofit community through the Center for Healthy Nonprofits at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona. She is passionate about inspiring leaders to serve our local organizations that provide vital services to our community.
