About the Session
Join us for a live coaching demonstration with Leah N’Diaye, executive coach, leadership consultant, and founder of Lion’s Tooth Leadership.

Leah brings more than 20 years of experience in talent development, organizational change, and leadership development, helping individuals and organizations navigate complexity, growth, and transition. While she is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, much of her professional work has been rooted in Silicon Valley, supporting leaders in fast-moving, high-performance environments.

Leah is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She also serves as Co-Director of Professional Development for the ICF Southwest Chapter, helping cultivate learning and growth within the regional coaching community.

Her coaching is grounded in the Co-Active model, which she studied at the Co-Active Training Institute in San Rafael, California. This approach focuses on the whole person and the belief that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Leah’s style is curious, grounded, and deeply present, creating space for clarity, insight, deeper learning, and forward movement.

Leah also brings a global perspective to her work. She lived and worked in France for five years, and her cross-cultural experiences continue to shape how she approaches leadership, identity, and personal development. Outside of her professional work, she is the mother of twin daughters, an experience that continually deepens her understanding of balance, growth, and the ongoing practice of work–life integration.

She also leads destination leadership workshops in New Mexico, where coaching, reflection, and nature come together to help leaders step back from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with their internal compass.

This fishbowl session offers a unique opportunity to observe coaching in action and experience the power of presence, curiosity, and partnership in real time.

About the Coach
Leah N’Diaye

She spent 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she built and led an Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence at a high-growth fintech bank in Silicon Valley.
